Portfolio task 4

Media Influence

In the last 50 years the media influence has grown up with the advance of technology, such as the television, radio, and new paper. Every where people have great influence in shaping people ideas.

Some people agree that the media have great influence, on the other one hand the media can offer us a lot of opportunities and hopes to our future, so everybody who wants to succeed in his life has need to appear in the media at least once. I think media influence could change our life style to a greater level. For example many modern life styles have entered to our houses threw TV or newspaper. Finally, the last advantage is human behavior. For example people are being exposed to boom of healthy information by the media and a lot of people’s ideas have been changed.

One the other hand the news is manipulated the media and its cheating us. Young people grow up with wrong ideas about the worlds. The media controls our lives as well we do not realize it. The media and news tells us how to speak, how to eat, how to dress and how we should have our hair cut. Some of the people prefer to get the news from others such as teachers, parents or someone who trust or believe.

Finally, all in all I think the advantages are not enough and, for the reason, I can’t say that the mass media has good influence on people, but I also say that we can’t believe a society without information because it gives culture.

Argument

There are many reasons a person may move to new cities or countries. Maybe people move because of military service, work requirements, marriage and higher education.

Let me first deal with the argument agents moving to new cities or countries.
A further issue is you will be away from your family and friends. For example it’s easy today to keep in contact with family and friends but, still it’s too hard to be far away from them. Moving aboard can be unsettling. For example many thing will be different from your home country and you have to learn how thing get done in your new country.  Lastly language. For example it is difficult to live in a place that your communication skills are limited by a language that foreign to you.

Some people believe they can live with the changes. For example they can create accounts in Face book or Skype so they can be in contact with their families and friends throughout the day. Then they can make new friendship and new social relation with others. Finally they can gain the new language by joining language institutes and they can learn it from their new friends and get the skills from them easily.
In general, I think its good challenge for most of people to change their living place because I think advantages are more than disadvantages.
